OARC Strength & Conditioning Training


starts Friday, 21st January from 3.45pm-4.45pm in the Arena at the Pickaquoy Centre.

John Cairns and Craig Drever will be running an introduction to the core movements of strength and conditioning and how to move weight effectively and safely. This will be followed by a circuit focusing on different aspects of fitness. Highly recommended for adults and club athletes in S3 and above.

There will be six sessions running over consecutive weeks and the cost of the full course is £10 for under-18, £15 for 18 and over (pay via direct deposit to club’s bank account “Orkney Athletic and Running Club”, sort code 80-08-66, account 00276912 using the reference “S&C training”).
