The Orkney Athletic and Running Club (OARC) annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 21st February 2024 in the St. Magnus Suite at the Pickaquoy Centre. It’s a 7pm start, and usually lasts around an hour.
The AGM is required by our Constitution and will consist of:
- A report by the Club Manager on the activities of the club
- Consideration of the annual accounts of the club
- The election/re-election of charity trustees
Any member of the club (or parent/guardian of a junior member of the club) is eligible to become a trustee of OARC should they wish to do so. If anyone is interested in joining the trustees, they are asked to please speak to Inga – clubmanager@orkneyarc.org.uk ahead of the meeting to find out more about what the role involves.
Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided! We would anticipate that the AGM will run for about an hour depending on matters arising.
