Events

This OARC organised Half Marathon will be held on the proposed Island Games Half Marathon route as a formal test event ahead of the games in 2025. This will be open for public entry, so if you want to see how you do over the course that will be used in the games, then this will be for you! The event will start and finish on the track at the Picky in Kirkwall, and will open for entries a month or two before the event.

Due to the track refurbishment, this event will take place on August 18th.

This event, along with our track 10,000m test event, will be sponsored by Cooke Aqauculture Scotland
